1. How do I make the rent online?

Renting in RocketKids is very easy, follow these 4 steps:

  1. Select the item you want to rent
  2. Register your data in the form or via whatsapp
  3. We will send you the online payment link
  4. Make the payment and enjoy your trip!

2. Can I make changes to the dates initially reserved?

You can make changes as long as there is availability for the new dates and with 3 days in advance.

3. Can I extend the rental period?

Yes, of course, as long as the items are not reserved on the date you need them. You must make another reservation in the same way as the first one and make the payment again for the new period.

4. What happens if I cancel the trip?

You must notify the cancelation 7 days in advance in order to make the full refund. If you cancel in a shorter period we can not give the money back.

5. How do I know if the article was reserved?

Reservations are effective once the payment is accepted and you receive the confirmation email.

6. Must the payment be made in advance?

Yes, to book the product you must make the total payment through PayU payment platform.

7. What happens if I do not deliver the product on the agreed date?

Each day that passes you will be charged as an additional day. Remember to contact 3 days in advance if you think it is convenient to change your dates.

8. How do you deliver the products?

Our items are delivered completely clean and sanitized in their boxes or protective liners.

9. What is the delivery and collection schedule for the rental products?

Our delivery and collection service is from Monday to Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

10. How far in advance should I book a product?

We recommend you make the reservation 15 days in advance, so we can guarantee the availability of the product you need and it will only be effective once you pay the total value of the rental.

11. What happens if the product gets damaged?
